How are my images delivered?
All photo orders are delivered electronically, allowing you to receive your images faster and start using them immediately. We post your files to our private server for downloading and make then available for thirty days after the order is complete. Image files are optimized for use on websites and resized to 800×800 pixels at 72 dpi. (see: What is a pixel?)
For customers requiring higher resolution image files, please order the Archival DVD which includes the full size image files which can be used in catalog and other print based applications.

How fast will I get my order?
Standard turnaround time for photography orders is 5 business days, which starts when we receive your product shipment. Upon arrival, we will contact customers to let them know the items have arrived safely and that work has begun on the order. When we are finished with your products, we pack them up for return shipment and send you tracking information along with the downloading instructions for your image files.
For customer who need their orders processed more quickly, we offer rush options for all of our photo services. While ordering, please select the rush option that works for you:
Normal Service: 5 business days
3-Day Rush Service: Rush services can be provided for any order, and reduces delivery time to 3 business days from the time we receive your products. (Please provide us with tracking information for your shipment so we can be prepared to process your order upon arrival)
Next Day Rush Service Use this service for next day turn-around and get your order by end of business the day after we receive your products. (Please provide us with tracking information for your shipment so we can be prepared to process your order upon arrival)
Where is your studio located?
Our home base and primary studios are located in Orlando, Florida. We do a large number of orders from this location but often use our other studios in New York and New Jersey during times of higher demand. You will be provided the studio address for shipping after completing your online order based upon the order quantity, your location, and our availability.
When are products returned? Who pays for shipping?
Customers are required to pay all shipping charges to and from the ProductPhotos.net studio. Your products will be returned within the same turnaround time as your order. For normal service, your order will be photographed, image files delivered, and products packed and on their way back to you, all in five business days. Customers may provide us their Fedex or UPS account number for return shipments or ProductPhotos.net will add the additional charges to your order.
Why are your prices so much lower than other sites?
When comparing our prices at ProductPhotos.net with other product photography services, the difference can be striking. How is it possible that we can create such great looking photos for such low prices? The photo studios are setup for shooting small and medium sized products (generally fitting within a 24″x24″x24″ area), and are always setup and ready to receive new orders as soon as they arrive. Our digital work flow keeps photographers shooting while a technician begins editing and retouching images – meaning your order is completed faster, images are ready sooner, and we are able to keep your total cost per item remarkably low.
Can my products be photographed on different background colors?
Absolutely! While we strongly believe white is the best background color for product images, we are of course here to meet the specific needs of every client. We offer several stock background colors including black, various shades of grey, and multiple Pantone colors.
