We will assist you every step of the way. Here’s how:

All of our digital product photography packages are captured on a white background and ready for use on your website, brochure, or advertisement. Creating perfect product pictures has never been easier!

1. Send Us Your Products

After completing your order online, print out the confirmation page and shipping instructions. Pack all of your products for shipping carefully to avoid any damage in transit and send using your carrier of choice. We recommend protecting your shipment by adding insurance and tracking to your package. We will notify you whenever your products arrive at our studio.

2. Consultation with Photographer

We start by carefully unpacking your shipment and inspecting items for damage. The photographer for your project will call for a brief consultation to discuss any specific requests and suggestions you may have for the order before we begin shooting. We may have recommendations on how best to photograph your products and work with you to get the project done correctly.

3. Photograph Your Products

Sit back and relax. We will be busy shooting your items at our studio, making perfect digital product photos – you can focus on your business and let us handle the rest! When we’re done photographing everything, image files move on to our digital technician and your products are re-packed for return shipment.

4. Download Your Product Image Files

Our digital imaging technician will evaluats all of your product photos, balance the color, and make any minor changes necessary to make your items look their best. All image files are re-sized for use on websites (800 x 800 pixels, 72 dpi) and uploaded to our servers for immediate download. We will send you an email with a secure link to access the folder and download all of the images. Your product image order will stay online and available to download for 30 days.

Flexibility for You

Our photo packages are designed to be the perfect compliment to any online business. Some clients may require more than the standard images on white background and we are happy to help. With our Custom Photography service, clients are limited only by their imagination.

We Work Fast

With ProductPhotos.net, you don’t have to sacrifice quality, even when you’re on a tight deadline. All orders are delivered to clients within five business days of receiving their product shipment. Clients needing a faster turnaround time on the job should specify rush service when ordering for 3 business days, or next day service to receive images the day after your product shipment arrives.

Some products may require assembly upon arrival in our studio or extensive styling to properly photograph. For items where an extended amount of time is necessary we charge $40/hour for assembly and setup services, to be billed in 15 minute increments. If required, this will be discussed during your phone call with the photographer and only charged with your approval.
